Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Secora! A mom, coach, creator and woman in metamorphosis.
For years, I believed I had to earn my worth through hustle, perfection and people-pleasing. But motherhood cracked me open, and in that rawness, I found my strength.
I’m not here to sell you a dream-body fantasy. I’m here to walk with you through the real, gritty, powerful process of becoming, physically, mentally and emotionally. Whether you’re holding a baby in one arm or holding yourself together after a hard season, you are not alone.
Through movement, nutrition, mindset and a little raw honesty, I help women evolve into their strongest selves. But this time, without the shame, the extremes, or the pressure to be perfect.
Because you don’t have to go back to who you were.
You get to become someone stronger.

My Story
I grew up with a mom who was overwhelmed, easily triggered, and unable to fully love herself, let alone me. Motherhood showed me glimpses of how she became that way, and it sparked a promise deep inside me: I would never become that version of her.
When I became a mom, I realized that if I wanted to show up as the woman I wanted to be, patient, grounded, strong, and confident, I had to start finding myself first. I started small: 30–45 minutes when I could, carving out time to move, reflect, and reconnect with myself. As my kids got older and more independent, those moments grew into consistent practices three times a week, then even more.
Through that journey, I discovered that transformation isn’t just physical, it’s identity-based. It’s about showing up for yourself consistently, rebuilding trust in who you are, and stepping fully into your power.
My Mission
That’s why I created Alpha Mom Evo: to guide moms to become the version of themselves they’ve been trying to find, grounded, strong, confident, and capable of showing up fully for both themselves and their families.
I help women simplify fitness, nutrition, and mindset, so they can look and feel incredible long-term, without needing more hours in the day or a “perfect” routine. My mission is to help moms stop surviving and start becoming, to reconnect with their strength, their clarity, and their purpose, one intentional habit at a time.
Moms are the leaders of the household, and through leading by example, we set the tone for what our children consider “normal.” By empowering moms to care for themselves, build strength, and create long-term habits, we’re creating a ripple effect that transforms families and, ultimately, the world.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about becoming more mentally, emotionally, and physically by honoring your energy, your body, and your capacity as a mom and woman.
My Approach
I believe sustainable transformation comes from simplicity, consistency, and most of all self-awareness.
Nutrition: Real food, balanced macros, and education that empowers you to fuel your body, not punish it.
Training: Strength-focused workouts designed around your lifestyle and hormone cycles to help you feel powerful, not depleted.
Mindset: Tools to reprogram self-doubt and reconnect you to your worth because true strength starts in the mind.
