Do I need to be in shape to start?

Not at all. Many clients start from square one—tired, stressed, out of routine, or rebuilding after pregnancy. Programs are tailored to your body, experience level, schedule, and energy, and they progress with you.

What if I have a busy schedule or young kids?

Your program is built around your real life. Workouts can be gym-based or at-home, time-friendly, and matched to your energy throughout the month. I also teach strategies for time management, motivation, and building consistency even in mom-life chaos.

Do you work with women experiencing PMDD, hormonal fluctuations, or postpartum changes?

Yes. I incorporate training, nutrition, and recovery strategies aligned with hormonal phases. You’ll learn how to work with your body, not fight it. This includes cycle-based programming, emotional regulation tools, and education around symptoms.

Do you offer nutrition plans?

Yes — but they’re sustainable, flexible, and built around real-life motherhood (not restrictive diets). You’ll get guidance on balanced meals, cravings, energy support, and how to fuel for strength and hormone health.

What is the commitment level?

Most women choose 12–16 weeks for maximum transformation, but programs can be customized. Results depend on consistency, communication, and willingness to grow physically and mentally.

How do check-ins work?

You’ll have weekly check-ins where we review progress, adjust your program, address challenges, and celebrate wins. You also have ongoing messaging access for support, accountability, and guidance.

What happens after I apply?

I’ll reach out to schedule a Clarity call. We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, lifestyle, and whether we’re a strong fit. If so, your program is built and you’ll get access to your app and onboarding materials.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Flexible payment options are available. You can also set up auto-pay so you never have to worry about missed payments.

What if I’ve tried other programs and failed?

Will I lose weight?

What equipment do I need?

Gym access is ideal, but not required. If you’re training from home, we can work with dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight exercises or whatever you have.
